Thank you for choosing RYOT products. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with your purchase. Our commitment to quality assurance drives us to ensure your satisfaction, and we are here to assist you with your warranty claim promptly and efficiently.

To initiate your warranty claim process, kindly provide the following information in the form below.

Once received, we'll review your request within 5-10 business days. We may ask for photos/videos and proof of purchase to expedite the process. The process can take up to 4 weeks.

If approved, you'll receive a gift card for the product's value on our website. With the gift card, you will be able to add the replacement to your cart. A flat fee of $15 for shipping is not included in the value of the gift card.

In our continuous effort to enhance customer experience, we will be updating our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section to offer troubleshooting guidance for common issues you may encounter.
